Complicating "How to Eat Right"

As someone who fancies herself a nature lover, I try to eat in a way that both nourishes me and causes the least harm and degradation to earth, plants, and animals. For me, that is being a vegetarian and trying to source as much of my purchased food as possible locally and organically. Luckily being a farmer takes a huge burden off my shoulders for the growing season because I can subsist almost entirely on what I have grown, and know that I have done the best I could. The further removed I am from the process, such as when I step into a supermarket, the less confident I am in my choices, and the more susceptible I become to pretty packaging and "green-washing." Someday I hope Jordan and I will live on a farm of our own, and expand our operations enough that these grocery store aisle dilemmas are very rare, but for now I am always seeking new information on "how to eat right." Without driving myself crazy! Anyway, I have linked below to an interview that I think presents a really thorough and interesting take on eating right.
